The discoloration and decolorization of aluminum plastic sheets are mainly caused by improper selection of sheets. ACP sheet is divided into indoor and outdoor panels. The different surface coatings of the two kinds of sheets determine their application in different occasions.
PE coatings are usually sprayed on the surfaces of the plates used in the room. This kind of coating can not adapt to the harsh outdoor natural environment. If used outdoors, it will accelerate the aging process of aluminum-plastic sheet, causing discoloration and decolorization.
The PVDF coating with strong anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet ability is generally used for the surface coating of outdoor aluminum sandwich panel.
