For the design of wholesale aluminium composite panel products,
it is advisable to adopt the folded edge method around the perimeter,
which shall not touch the surface aluminium panel when slotting,
and the thickness of the remaining plastic core after slotting shall not be less than 0.3mm.
Note that the folded edge of the aluminium composite panel cannot be used directly as a border,
but can be set up to strengthen the border and the middle rib as required,
and the strengthened border or middle rib should be made of aluminium alloy square tube, slotted or angular profile.
The reinforced frame or centre rib should be reliably linked to the panel and should have anti-corrosion measures.
For the connection between the frame and the folded edge of the aluminium composite panel, aluminium rivets can be used,
and the spacing between the draw nails should be controlled at about 200mm,
and the two ends of the centre rib should be reliably connected with the frame,
and the connection should meet the requirements of force transmission and reliable connection.
For the aluminium composite panel block, bolts, plates or hooks can be used to fix it to the beam or column.
The thickness of the pendant or corner code of the aluminium composite panel block should not be less than 3m,
and the material can be made of aluminium alloy or steel in accordance with the current national standards.
The rivets or wrong bolts used to connect the pegs or corner codes to the panels should be made of stainless steel,
and the diameter and number of rivets, screws or bolts should be determined by calculation.
