Steps to manufacture the suitable panels for You

While delivering the panels, HLCALUMINIUM strictly controls each process, including negotiation, design, production, quality control, loading, and feedback, to ensure that each customer receives the highest quality results. At the very beginning of the production, we propose the design and quote according to customer's detail requirements .

After receiving the confirmation, our factory will do the prepare job such as test the aluminium alloy thickness ,the core material,and also the coating before producing.

The strict quality inspection will be imposed on these products before shipment. Customers are allowed to conduct the sampling inspection
