In construction materials, people often use aluminum composite panel raw material and clinker, so what is the difference between aluminum plastic board raw material and clinker?
The followings are five aspects of analysis:
1. Toughness.
Because the raw material toughness is poor, raw material aluminum composite board is easy to break. However, clinker aluminum composite board is not easy to be broken because of its good toughness.
2. Processing.
When processing aluminum composite panels, the raw material may use more cutting head. After all, there are impurities.
3. Advantages and disadvantages.
When the aluminum skin is thick, the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of core materials can not be seen in the construction effect. Otherwise, when the aluminum skin is thin, the finished aluminum plastic board of raw material core material often appears some protruding small points, causing the flatness is not good.
4. Detection of core particles.
According to the specific gravity test, the particles will be placed in water. The particles floating on it is clinker, otherwise it is raw material.
5. The price of aluminum composite board.
Due to differences in raw material prices, raw aluminum composite panels are much cheaper than clinker aluminum composite panels.
When the total thickness of the panel is thin, it is better to use clinker, so that the probability of bursting when the aluminum-plastic plate is folded is less.
When the total thickness of ACP is thick and the aluminum substrate is thick, the difference is very small.
