Aluminum -plastic boards can be connected using metal and plastic processing methods. Here are several commonly used connection methods.

(1) Rivet connection:

Aluminum -plastic boards can be connected between rivets suitable for aluminum or between boards and other materials.

For the application of outdoor or high humidity areas, the core rivet of stainless steel core should be used to avoid rust and affect the aluminum plastic panel surface. If the rivet with iron core is used, the iron core must be pulled out after riveting. The hidden rivets can only be used for indoor applications.

(2) Bringing thread fixed parts:

There are two types of topics and indoor use:

A. Outdoor fixed parts:

When using the thread fixing parts outdoors, the thermal expansion coefficient of the aluminum plastic plate needs to be considered. To avoid squeezing and deformation of the aluminum -plastic plate due to thermal deformation, the opening of the aluminum -plastic plate needs to be greater than the screw diameter to meet the requirements of expansion and contraction.

The stainless steel screw pattern with a sealing cushion can avoid squeezing and deformation of aluminum -plastic plates. The functions of this product have been verified. To choose a screw suitable for structural materials, you should use a torque wrench or a screwdriver to fasten the screw to ensure that the pad is effectively sealed and opens the hole but it will not be too tight and leaves traces on the surface of the aluminum plate.

Sometimes it is necessary to use a deform drill or sleeve to drill on the aluminum plate or the bottom structure to achieve the construction of the center position drilling and rivet.

It should be noted that the protective film is removed before fixed screws.

B. Interior fixed parts:

The connection of indoor applications can be used to fix screws with different head shapes or wooden boards. These screws usually do not allow aluminum -plastic plates to have armal expansion displacement.

The screws of the deep head can be used for fixed aluminum -plastic plates, and the usual horoscope can be used or directly pressing the aluminum panel into the plate. This kind of hole on the aluminum plate is greater than the diameter of the screw rod.

(3) Plastic welding (only for PE core material):

The welding between plastic with hot air can be used to connect to the aluminum -plastic plate. Use electric heating welded torins to melt aluminum aluminum plate hungry polyethylene core materials and polyethylene plastic strips to be connected after cooling. Conditions of welding quality:

A. Prepare good plate edge interfaces; b. Clean hot air; c. Correct welding temperature; d. Correct contact pressure; e. Welding speed.

(4) Bonding:

Use metal adhesive/universal adhesive.

Used for indoor advertising boards and booth layout. Common metal or ordinary adhesives are suitable for bonding on the composite board. Double -sided tape is suitable for non -connection to intensity requirements.

For the occasion that requires high-intensity bonding, we recommend using a single-group bonding agent, Sika-Bond.

It should be noted that when the adhesive is used for outdoor, the ability to withstand static intensity is average.

When the aluminum plastic plate and other materials are bonded, the bonding failure may be caused by the different heat expansion coefficients of the material.

(5) Card connection connection:

Generally, a combination fixture can also be used to fix and connect aluminum plastic plates. The fixture can seem to be made of aluminum or plastic materials. Generally, two parts are composed of two parts and are connected by screws.
