What are the precautions for the installation of aluminum plastic panels: Aluminum plastic boards can be connected with commonly used connection methods for processing of metal and plastic processing. Here are several commonly used connection methods. (1) The rivet connection aluminum -plastic plate can be connected between the rivets suitable for aluminum materials or between the board and other materials.
For the application of outdoor or high humidity areas, the core rivet of stainless steel core should be used to avoid rust and affect the aluminum plastic panel surface. If the rivet with iron core is used, the iron core must be pulled out after riveting. The hidden rivets can only be used for indoor applications. (2) Two types of use of thread fixed parts and two types of indoor use A. Outdoor fixing parts When using thread fixing parts outdoors, the thermal expansion coefficient of aluminum plastic panels is needed to avoid aluminum -plastic plates from squeezing deformation due to thermal deformation. The opening of the aluminum -plastic board needs to be greater than the screw diameter to meet the requirements of expansion and contraction.

For the occasion that requires high-intensity bonding, we recommend using a single-group bonding agent, Sika-Bond. It should be noted that when the adhesive is used for outdoor, the ability to withstand static intensity is average. When the aluminum plastic plate and other materials are bonded, the bonding failure may be caused by the different heat expansion coefficients of the material.
