First, the material and structure of aluminum composite panel:
Aluminum composite panel is a new type of decorative material with a series of excellent properties. It has been widely used in curtain wall, indoor and outdoor decoration and other fields soon after its advent, creating a new world of contemporary architectural decoration.
The so-called aluminum-plastic panel refers to a panel made of aluminum and plastic. Specifically, it is a plate made of aluminum plate and plastic core material bonded and compounded by a special adhesive under certain process conditions.
In practice, the front and back aluminum plates are generally painted first, and then compounded with the plastic core material. The front panel is generally coated with a decorative coating, and the back panel is coated with a protective coating. Regarding the structure of aluminum-plastic panels, generally speaking, it is a sandwich structure, which is a more vivid metaphor. A layer of plastic core material is sandwiched between two layers of aluminum panels.
In fact, the structure of the aluminum composite panel is much more complicated.
Second, the classification and specifications of aluminum composite panels:
1. Aluminum composite panel classification:
There are many varieties of aluminum composite panels, and they are a new type of material. Therefore, there is no unified classification method. They are usually classified according to use, product function and surface decoration effect.
(1) Classified by use:
a. Aluminum-plastic panels for building curtain walls:
The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plates shall not be less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness shall not be less than 4mm.
The aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880. Generally, 3000, 5000 series of aluminum alloy plates should be used, and the coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating.
b. Aluminum-plastic panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising:
The upper and lower aluminum plates are made of rust-proof aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness should not be less than 4mm. The coating generally adopts fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
c. Indoor aluminum composite panel:
The upper and lower aluminum plates generally use aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.20mm, the minimum thickness is not less than 0.10mm, and the total thickness is generally 3mm.
The coating adopts polyester coating or acrylic coating.
(2) Classification by product function:
a. Fireproof board:
The flame retardant core material is selected, and the combustion performance of the product reaches the flame retardant grade (B1 grade) or non-combustible grade (A grade); at the same time, other performance indicators must also meet the technical requirements of the aluminum composite panel.
b. Antibacterial and anti-mildew aluminum composite panel: Coating the antibacterial and bactericidal coating on the aluminum composite panel makes it have the effect of controlling the reproduction of microbial activities and ultimately killing bacteria. c. Antistatic aluminum composite panel:
The antistatic aluminum composite panel is coated with antistatic paint, and the surface resistivity is below 109Ω, which is smaller than the surface resistivity of ordinary aluminum composite panels, so it is not easy to generate static electricity, and the dust in the air is not easy to adhere to its surface.
(3) Classified by surface decoration effect:
a. Coated decorative aluminum composite panel:
Coating various decorative coatings on the surface of aluminum plates.
Commonly used are fluorocarbon, polyester, and acrylic coatings, mainly including metallic, plain, pearlescent, fluorescent and other colors, which have decorative effects and are the most common varieties in the market.
b. Oxidized coloring aluminum composite panel:
The anodized aluminum alloy panel with timely treatment has unique colors such as rose red and bronze, which has a special decorative effect.
c. Film.
