The structure of hyperbolic aluminum veneer: Hyperbolic aluminum veneer (referred to as aluminum veneer) is a series of deep processing products in today's aluminum building materials. Its high plasticity provides designers with a broad space, which can perfectly express the actual design concept and create a modern space full of artistry and creativity. Aluminum veneer is widely used to decorate the exterior walls of buildings, beams and columns, balconies, clapboard decorations, interior decoration, etc.; it is favored by the majority of users.
The aluminum veneer is made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy material. Its thick bottom specifications: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm. The structure of the hyperbolic aluminum veneer is mainly composed of panels, ribs, corners and other components.
Bolts are welded on the back of the panel, and the stiffener and the panel are connected into a solid whole. The ribs enhance the rigidity of the non-standard aluminum veneer to ensure its compression resistance and flatness in long-term use. After the non-standard aluminum veneer is melted, it is sprayed with fluorocarbon. The content of vinyl fluoride (KANAR500) in the topcoat and protective paint of fluorocarbon coatings is ≥70%. It is generally divided into two-coat, three-coat and four-coat. The most commonly used non-standard aluminum veneer is three-coat, and the coating thickness is 40-50 μ m.
