The formaldehyde generated by decoration is too harmful. Is there any formaldehyde-free board?

There is no formaldehyde-free board. Zero formaldehyde in the true sense does not exist. The "zero formaldehyde" we encounter is only approaching zero, not equal to zero, and only meets the standard.

Aluminum-plastic composite board is a composite material made of chemically treated coated aluminum plate as the surface material and polyethylene plastic as the core material, processed on special aluminum-plastic board production equipment.

The aluminum-plastic board itself is not harmful to the human body, but it needs to be glued to the object with universal glue. And the universal glue itself contains formaldehyde and xylene.

When decorating, you should try to avoid using glue with high formaldehyde content, especially in indoor decoration, you should try to reduce the use of these glues that may release formaldehyde to reduce indoor air pollution and potential harm to human health. ‌If you must use glue containing formaldehyde, you should ensure good ventilation so that formaldehyde can be quickly dissipated to reduce the formaldehyde concentration in the indoor air. ‌

In addition, for environments where formaldehyde-containing glue has been used, some measures can be taken to reduce the formaldehyde concentration, such as using air purifiers, increasing ventilation, using adsorbents such as activated carbon, etc., to reduce the formaldehyde content in indoor air and protect human health.

There are generally four ways to remove formaldehyde:

1. Air purifier purification

Air purifiers are suitable for use in closed environments. Due to the influence of weather and regional climate, we often cannot maintain ventilation. At this time, we can selectively use purifiers to assist in purification. When ventilation is normal, switch to ventilation. This operation does not delay purification and is also good for accelerating purification.

2. Powerful decomposition method

Baizaona is a purification material that environmental engineers recommend. Its advantages are not only faster adsorption and purification speed, but most importantly, it can effectively decompose formaldehyde. It only needs to be placed in the room or in the furniture grid, and it does not need to be dried, and there is no need to worry about adsorption saturation and secondary pollution of formaldehyde exceeding the standard.

3. Decomposition media penetration purification

For the pollution inside the board, ordinary purification cannot go deep, but the Baicao spray recommended by the treatment engineer can do it. It adds two-component ingredients, which is safe and non-toxic. It can be directly sprayed on the furniture board. It will penetrate the inside of the furniture board and conduct deep penetration and induction decomposition, which can play a very good role in accelerating the purification of furniture odor and pollution.

4. Regularly wipe the board

We can regularly wipe the board furniture floor with salt water or clean water, which can not only wipe off the dust on the surface, but also take away the pollutants on the surface of the furniture, so that the odor emitted into the indoor air will be much less, and the indoor formaldehyde concentration will also be reduced.
