Project Briefing and Building Overview
The cultural city is located in the new town of Xiongzhou Cluster in Liuhe District, which is the only way for the southern development of the old city of Liuhe. The base is adjacent to Jiangbei Avenue in the northwest, Jinsui Road under construction in the southeast, Longchi Road in the southwest and Qiaosui Road in the northeast. It covers an area of about 14.4 hectares, with a construction land area of 11.7 hectares. The base is divided into two parts by Qiaoxi Road, including 5.84 hectares in the northwest and 5.86 hectares in the southeast.
The project is divided into two areas, north and south, with a total of six single buildings. The urban construction exhibition hall, library and museum are located in the northwest area; The cultural center, supporting service building and Jasmine Theater are located in the southeast area. The two areas together constitute the cultural city building complex. All single buildings are multi-storey buildings, with a total construction area of 115930 square meters, including 76946 square meters above the ground and 38984 square meters underground.
