The construction method and process of aluminium composite panels | HLCALUMINIUM

Aluminium composite panel as a decoration material can be used for engineering external walls and also for internal walls,

and how is it constructed?

In order to ensure the quality of the appearance of the wall,

the bolt orientation must be precise and a single-sided construction hook bolt is used to fix the bolt so that the orientation of the bolt is horizontal and vertical.

There are two main methods of fixing metal trim panels, one is to screw the slats or square panels to a steel or wooden frame,

this method is more durable and is mostly used for external walls; the other is to jam the slats onto a special keel, this method is mostly used indoors.

The gap between the board and the board is generally 10-20mm, and is mostly handled with rubber strips and resistant rubber elastic material.

When the decorative panels are installed, attention should be paid to the parts that are easy to be contaminated with plastic film to cover the maintenance.

In construction, aluminium composite panels can be cut, cut, slotted, band sawed, drilled, processed and countersunk,

also cold bent, cold folded, cold rolled, also riveted, screwed or glued bonded, etc.
