Classification and specification of aluminum plastic plate
1. Classification of aluminum plastic plate
There are many kinds of aluminum-plastic plate, and it is a new material. Therefore, there is no unified classification method so far. It is usually classified according to the purpose, product function and surface decoration effect.
(1) Classification by purpose
a. Aluminum plastic plate of building curtain wall
The minimum thickness of upper and lower aluminum plates shall not be less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness shall not be less than 4mm. The aluminum material shall meet the requirements of GB / T 3880. Generally, 3000, 5000 and other series of aluminum alloy plates shall be used, and the coating shall be fluorocarbon resin coating.
b. Aluminum plastic board for exterior wall decoration and advertising
The upper and lower aluminum plates shall be made of antirust aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness shall not be less than 4mm. The coating is generally fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
c. Indoor aluminum plastic plate
The upper and lower aluminum plates are generally aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.20mm and a minimum thickness of no less than 0.10mm, and the total thickness is generally 3mm. The coating shall be polyester coating or acrylic coating.
(2) Classification by product function
a. Fireproof board
Flame retardant core material shall be selected, and the combustion performance of the product shall reach flame retardant grade (B1 grade) or non combustible grade (a grade); At the same time, other performance indexes must also meet the technical index requirements of aluminum-plastic plate.
b. Antibacterial and mildew proof aluminum plastic plate
The coating with antibacterial and bactericidal effects is coated on the aluminum-plastic plate to control the activity and reproduction of microorganisms and finally kill bacteria.
c. Antistatic aluminum plastic plate
Antistatic aluminum-plastic plate is coated with antistatic coating. The surface resistivity is below 109 Ω, which is lower than that of ordinary aluminum-plastic plate. Therefore, it is not easy to generate static electricity and dust in the air is not easy to adhere to its surface.
(3) Classified by surface decoration effect
a. Coated decorative aluminum plastic plate
Various decorative coatings are applied on the surface of aluminum plate. Fluorocarbon, polyester and acrylic coatings are widely used, mainly including metal color, plain color, pearlescent color, fluorescent color and other colors. They have decorative effect and are the most common varieties in the market.
b. Oxidized colored aluminum plastic plate
Anodizing is adopted to timely treat the aluminum alloy panel, which has unique colors such as rose red and bronze, playing a special decorative effect.
c. Film decorative composite board
That is, according to the set process conditions, relying on the action of adhesive, make the color film adhesive on the primed aluminum plate or directly stick it on the degreased aluminum plate. The main varieties are gang grain, wood grain board, etc.
d. Color printed aluminum plastic plate
Different patterns are printed on the transfer paper with color ink through advanced computer Phototypesetting printing technology, and then various natural patterns are copied indirectly on the aluminum-plastic plate through thermal transfer technology. It can meet the creativity of designers and the personalized choice of owners.
e. Brushed aluminum plastic plate
The aluminum alloy panel with wire drawing treatment on the surface is adopted. The common products are gold wire drawing and silver wire drawing, which bring different visual feelings to people.
f. Mirror aluminum plastic plate
The surface of aluminum alloy panel is polished, just like a mirror.
2. Specification of aluminum plastic plate
Common specifications of ordinary aluminum plastic plate are as follows:

c. Length 1000mm, 2440mm, 3000mm, 4000mm, 6000mm
