Specifications to be followed for cross-construction of aluminium curtain walls | HLCALUMINIUM

When aluminium composite panels are used in the construction of curtain walls,

they are often crossed with other constructions at the same time,

and what norms should be followed in the cross construction?

Because the curtain wall is a dry operation, all the cement,

lime and mortar of the civil construction and decoration should be kept away from the curtain wall material,

while the operation should take isolation protection measures.

The curtain wall frame is constructed after the main body of the facade is completed so that the frame material is not contaminated,

but the connections between the frame and the main body should be constructed before the masonry.

So the curtain wall construction should be measured, placed, positioned and so on immediately after the site,

and in the part of the civil masonry wall body to install the adapter first,

after the civil masonry is completed, you can carry out the frame installation.

Most of the materials of the aluminium curtain wall are measured by the site,

then processed in the professional processing plant and transported to the installation site,

the site needs to set up a temporary warehouse reserve to be installed semi-finished products,

and set up a dedicated management warehouse.
