Aluminium composite panels are generally made up of two materials with very different properties,
like metal and non-metal,
which retain the main characteristics of the original composition and overcome the shortcomings of the original group.
This makes aluminium composite panels have many excellent characteristics, such as colourful decoration,
weather resistance, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation,
shock resistance and so on. However, high temperatures in summer may cause cracks in the aluminium panels,
too much speed in the extrusion of aluminium profiles may lead to cracks,
and the additional tensile stress on the metal surface may cause cracks in the profiles,
which are common causes of cracks in aluminium panels. There is also the reason of friction,
which leads to additional tensile stress on the metal surface,
and when the additional tensile stress is greater than the tensile strength of the surface metal,
cracks will occur, but this cause is less frequent.
For aluminium composite panels should be placed neatly and flat,
the shelves should have sufficient and even support to avoid deformation;
stored in a dry place, avoid placing directly on the ground.
