When the aluminium composite panel manufacturer is making,
the depth of the planing groove of the product should be set according to the thickness of the panel,
and it should be noted that the plastic material layer should not be completely planed away to
prevent the inner surface of the aluminium panel from being corroded for a long time.
When installing aluminium composite panels, rivets or bolts can be used to fix them piece by piece on the skeleton,
leaving a 10-15mm seam between the panels and the board, which can be adjusted for installation errors. Before installation, the keel,
column and lightning should be checked once, and then the corresponding specifications of the surface material will be moved into place after passing,
and installed from top to bottom. The installation process draws the line adjacent to the board surface flatness and board level, verticality,
with the width of the board module control seam. During installation the glue should be put in place first, temporarily fixed and then adjusted by pulling lines.
During the installation process, if there is an error in the width of the seam,
it should be evenly divided in each glue seam to prevent the error from accumulating in a particular seam or on a particular piece of surface material.
After the aluminium composite panel is fixed,
the indirect seam of the panel and other parts that need to be sealed are sealed with weather-resistant silicone sealant.
