When testing, the eddy current thickness gauge can be applied for testing, as the thickness of the layer is very thin, the thickness of the covering layer,
the thickness of the substrate, the edge effect, the curvature of the sample,
the surface roughness and the temperature of the side head will affect the test results. To avoid affecting the test results,
the front end of the probe should first be cleaned well, while the thickness gauge should be carefully calibrated;
the sample should be selected as flat as possible, the side head should be used to measure under approximately the same conditions as the calibration temperature,
and at least the four corners and the middle five parts of the sample should be measured as the measurement results on both sides and in the middle may deviate.
