1. Classification of aluminum composite panel.
There are more varieties of aluminum composite panel, and it is a new material, so there is no unified classification method so far, usually classified by usage, product function and surface decoration effect.
(1)Classification by application:
a. Aluminum composite panel for building curtain wall:
The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plate is not less than 0.50 mm, and the total thickness should not less than 4 mm. Aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880, generally to use 3000, 5000 and other series of aluminum alloy plate, the coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating.
b. Aluminum composite panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising:
The thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plate is not less than 0.20mm rust-proof aluminum, and the total thickness should not less than 4mm. The coating generally adopts fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
c. Aluminum composite panels for interior use:
The thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plate is generally 0.20mm, and the minimum thickness is not less than 0.10mm of aluminum plate, and the total thickness is generally 3mm. Coating with polyester coating or acrylic coating.
(2)Classification by product function:
a. Fire-proof plate:
Choose flame retardant core material, the product combustion performance to achieve flame-retardant (B1 level) or non-combustible (A level); at the same time, other performance indicators must also meet the requirements of the technical indicators of aluminum composite panels.
b. Anti-bacterial and anti-mold aluminum composite panel:
Coatings with antibacterial and bactericidal effects are applied to aluminum composite panels to give them the effect of controlling the reproduction of microbial activities and ultimately killing bacteria.
c. Anti-static aluminum composite panel:
Antistatic aluminum composite panel is coated with antistatic coating, the surface resistivity is below 109Ω, which is smaller than the surface resistivity of ordinary aluminum composite panel, so it is not easy to generate static electricity, and the dust in the air is not easy to adhere to its surface.
(3)Classification by surface decoration effect:
a. Coated decorative aluminum composite panels:
Various decorative coatings are applied to the surface of aluminum panels. Commonly used are fluorocarbon, polyester, acrylic coating, mainly including metallic, plain, pearlescent, fluorescent colors and other colors, which have decorative effects and are the most common varieties in the market.
b. Oxide colored aluminum composite panel:
Using anodic oxidation and timely treatment of aluminum alloy panels have chic colors such as rose red and bronze, playing a special decorative effect.
c. Film decorative laminates:
The color grain film will be set according to the process conditions, relying on the role of adhesives, so that the color grain film adhesives in the primer coated aluminum plate or directly affixed to the degreased aluminum plate. The main varieties are post-grain and wood-grain panels, etc.
d. Color printing aluminum composite panel:
Different patterns will be printed on the transfer paper with colored ink through advanced computerized phototypesetting printing technology, and then indirectly replicated on the aluminum composite panel through thermal transfer technology to produce various imitation natural patterns. It can meet the creativity of designers and the personalized choice of owners.
e. Brushed aluminum composite panel:
The use of surface brushed aluminum panels, commonly brushed gold and silver brushed products, to bring a different visual experience.
f. Mirror aluminum composite panel:
The surface of the aluminum alloy panel is polished, just like a mirror.
