When aluminum veneer manufacturers produce aluminum veneer, the market will encounter such and other problems. The uneven surface of aluminum veneer is one of the problems often encountered. There are many reasons for the unqualified aluminum veneer, such as the setting of the extrusion die of the aluminum veneer, the problem of the support pad, etc., for everyone to list the specific reasons for the uneven surface of the aluminum veneer: (1) Extrusion of the aluminum veneer The length ratio of the mold working belt or the design error of the cavity size is seriously out of balance. (2) The work of the aluminum veneer extrusion die has a hindrance angle and a flow-enhancing angle. (3) The drop ratio of the working belt of the upper and lower dies of the aluminum veneer extrusion die is out of tolerance.
(4) The working belts of the upper and lower dies of the aluminum veneer extrusion die are not parallel and have bell mouths. (5) The upper mold resistance (division) flow table in the aluminum veneer extrusion die cavity is too high to block the discharge of the working belt or the drainage groove (size, depth, position) is wrong. (6) There are too few or no empty knives outside the working belt of the aluminum veneer extrusion die (the electric spark is not well laid) or too large (the working belt is cracked and deformed without support).
(7) The new or repaired aluminum veneer extrusion mold has different smoothness of the mold working belt due to the uneven rough sand polishing work belt of the mold factory. (8) There are oil stains on some aluminum veneer extrusion work belts. (9) The support pad is too small to obstruct.
