The origin and Prospect of aluminum-plastic plate | aluminum-plastic composite plate is referred to as aluminum-plastic plate. Although China's aluminum-plastic composite board has achieved rapid development, it should be noted that it still faces many challenges in the future, and there is still a lot of work to be done in production technology and application technology. For example, the following aspects.


1、 Aluminum plastic plate raw material problem. Raw materials are the basis for producing qualified products. On the basis of meeting the performance requirements of aluminum-plastic plate, we should continue to carry out the research and development of auxiliary raw material technology that can help improve product quality or reduce cost. For example, research on low melting point polymer films. This can not only avoid the scald of fluorocarbon coating, but also reduce the energy consumption in the composite process. Another example is to carry out research on PE recycled materials to ensure the quality of aluminum-plastic composite board products.


2、 Further development of aluminum plastic plate function. At present, the development trend of decorative materials is towards the integration of decorative materials and functional materials, that is, when designing materials, we should consider the decoration and function of materials as much as possible. As a new decorative material, aluminum-plastic plate must make great efforts in the functional development of products. For example, carry out research on electromagnetic shielding function and thermal insulation function. In the coating materials, some development and research with antibacterial and fireproof functions are carried out.


3、 In depth study on the durability of aluminum plastic plate. A large part of the products of aluminum-plastic plate are used outdoors for curtain wall or outdoor decoration.
