2. The difference between inner wall aluminum-plastic plate and outer wall aluminum-plastic plate lies in the following aspects:
1、 Intuitively, the thickness of the inner wall aluminum-plastic plate is different. The thickness of the inner wall aluminum-plastic plate is 3mm in the old national standard, and all aluminum-plastic plates with a thickness equal to or less than 3mm in the market can be applied to the inner wall; The thickness of exterior wall aluminum-plastic plate will be equal to or greater than 4 mm, and some even 5 or 6 mm
2、 The coating or paint film thickness of the normal use surface is different. Generally, the paint film thickness of the inner wall aluminum-plastic plate will be less than 15 microns, while the paint film thickness of the outer wall plate is often more than 25 microns, so the weather resistance will be better;
3、 The paint film or coating material is different. Polyester resin is commonly used for the coating of interior wall aluminum-plastic plate, while fluorocarbon resin is commonly used for the coating of exterior wall aluminum-plastic plate
4、 The thickness of aluminum-based aluminum-plastic plate (aluminum foil) is also different. The aluminum thickness of inner wall aluminum-plastic plate is generally less than 0.20mm, while that of outer wall aluminum-plastic plate is different, which can be 0.50mm or 0.40mm
