(1) The board surface is uneven, not vertical, the width of the seam is narrow, and the height is inconsistent
1. Reasons: The horizontal and vertical tolerances of the skeleton are out of tolerance, the facade is not flat, the installation of the board surface is out of tolerance, and the holes are dislocated;
2. (1) From the installation of embedded parts and expansion bolts, it must be carefully operated. When the skeleton is installed, pull the wires horizontally and vertically, and the plane should be flat, and then check with the theodolite for process acceptance;
(2) The positioning of the plate and the skeleton, the drilling must be accurate;
(3) When the board is installed, it must not be installed at will, and must be installed according to the plan and the position of the elastic line. Before installation, the size and shape of the plate should be checked, and the installation can only be done if the inspection is correct.
(2) The joints are not tightly sealed, uneven, with bubbles and water seepage.
1. Reason
(1) When caulking, do not use polyethylene foam to seal the back of the board, and when the caulking gun is used to pour the sealant, a certain pressure is not formed, so that the bonding with the board seam is not strong, and the sealing is not tight;
(2) The operator is not skilled in the operation, the distance between the muzzle and the caulking is inconsistent when the caulking is performed, and the pressure is not uniform, resulting in uneven thickness, many joints, and air is introduced, causing the surface of the sealant to be uneven, with air bubbles and water seepage;
(3) Material problems: There is a problem with the quality of the silicone sealant.
2. Solution
(1) The material selection is better, and the tool performance is good;
(2) Carefully insert the sealing filler, keep the distance between the filling surface and the board surface consistent, and embed the sealant at the same depth, so that the seam is dense and the seam surface is straight;
(3) The operators are skilled, hold the steady caulking gun, keep the speed uniform, the distance is the same, and remove the air with the caulking.
(3) The closing treatment is not firm, smooth, and not sealed
1. Reason
At the end of the construction, the installation was not meticulous and the method was improper.
2. Solution
(1) Make a closing plan before construction, and adopt a reasonable closing plan for different structures and conditions;
(2) Strict operation during installation and master the essentials.
(4) Surface contamination and dents
1. Reason
(1) The protective film is removed too early, and the measures to protect the finished product are improper;
(2) Improper protection of the finished product during the construction of the next process, resulting in impact on the board surface.
2. Solution
(1) Do not remove the protective film too early, it is better to remove it when removing the scaffold;
(2) Work out feasible finished product protection measures;
(3) Clean up the contaminated area in time and scrub it clean.
