Exterior Wall ACM Composite Panel Construction Process Aluminum

1. Excellent Peel Strength

The aluminum composite panel adopts a new process to enhance the key technical indicator, peel strength, to an outstanding level, improving both the flatness and weather resistance performance of the aluminum-plastic composite panel accordingly.

2. Easy Material Processing

With a weight of only 3.5-5.5 kilograms per square meter, aluminum-plastic composite panels can mitigate the damage caused by disasters and are easy to transport. Its superior workability requires only simple carpentry tools for cutting, trimming, edge planing, bending into arcs, and creating various shapes, allowing designers to make various changes. The installation process is simple and quick, reducing construction costs.

3. Outstanding Fire Performance

The aluminum-plastic composite panel has a flame-retardant PE plastic core material in the middle, with aluminum layers on both sides that are extremely difficult to burn. Therefore, it is a safe fireproof material that meets the fire resistance requirements of building regulations.

Exterior Wall Aluminum-plastic composite Panel Construction Process

1. Structural Dimension Inspection:

Perform vertical hanging, square covering, and measurement, draw vertical and horizontal lines, and mark the installation position and partition lines of the aluminum-plastic composite panel according to the design drawings and actual needs. Before installing the aluminum-plastic composite panel, vertical control lines should be drawn on both sides of the large angle using a theodolite, which can be drawn 200mm away from the large angle to facilitate checking the accuracy of the vertical hanging lines at any time, ensuring smooth installation, and marking on the upper and lower parts of the control lines.

2. Laying Lines:

The laying work is based on the actual lines and elevation points of the civil construction; the design of the finishes is based on the axis of the building. The aluminum-plastic composite panel skeleton is composed of horizontal and vertical components. First, draw the position line of the vertical rod component, and then determine the anchorage point of the vertical rod component.

3. Fixing the Skeleton Connecting Parts:

Install the fixing connecting parts on the basis of laying lines, fix the connecting parts with electric welding, and apply anti-rust paint to the weld seams twice. Weld and fix the connecting parts to the embedded parts on the main structure. When there are no embedded iron parts on the main structure, expansion bolts can be installed on the main structure to fix the connecting iron parts.

4. Fixing the Skeleton:

Install the skeleton using welding method, check the elevation and alignment during installation, and apply anti-rust paint to the cross-sectional connecting weld seams simultaneously. Hidden inspection records for fixing connecting parts include the length, thickness, position, embedded elevation, quantity, and embedding depth of the connecting part welds.

5. Installing Aluminum-plastic composite Panels:

Install the aluminum-plastic composite panels on the frame inside the profile, first drill and mill screw holes, and use rivets to fix the aluminum-plastic panel finishes piece by piece on the steel frame. The gap between the panels is 10-15mm, and silicone weatherproof sealant is injected into it. Do not remove the packaging paper of the aluminum panel until it is completed.

That concludes the introduction to the performance of aluminum-plastic composite panels and the construction process of exterior wall aluminum-plastic composite panels.
